Native Americans assemble each year in Oklahoma to share and exhibit the arts of their diverse tribal heritages. Share in their traditions by learning to make beautiful woven and beaded objects like those found at the art market and moving to the dances of several tribes. Play percussion instruments and act out Native American legends during this festive event!

The arts are used in community celebrations in every culture around the world. Tap into the festive spirit of these artistic events at Darlington Arts Center's 2012 Cultural Summer Arts Camp. Each camp will explore music, visual art, dance and drama from different cultures, as presented in arts festivals world-wide. Students will gain the benefit of learning about diverse cultures and art forms while staying close to home under the direction of professional teaching artists.

Camp size limited. Pre-registration is required. Before- and after-care available.
