First Course: Lobster Bisque ~ Enjoy the Creamy Decadence of Silky Lobster Bisque. Cupid Salad ~ A Bed of Baby Greens, Grilled Haricots Verts Tossed with a Truffle White Balsamic Vinaigrette and Toasted Almonds.

Second Course: Filet & Asparagus Saté ~ Grilled Tender Tips of Beef and Chilled Crisp Asparagus with a Home Made Asian Peanut Dressing. Pasta Aragosta ~ Sumptuous Nuggets of Lobster in a Sun Dried Tomato Brandy Cream Sauce Tossed with Fresh Hand Made Pasta. Oysters on the Half Shell ~Cape May Salts Shucked to Order, Served with Cocktail Sauce and a Savory Migniotte Sauce.
