    This class is designed for beginners and will explore the basics of hip-hop dance technique. While the class is high-energy, the atmosphere is low-key—perfect for anyone who has ever felt inspired to move to a hip-hop beat. Each class will begin with an aerobic warm up, transition into technical movement instruction, and conclude with a short piece of choreography. The emphasis of this class is on learning to move in a new way and having fun!
