A staple of New Hope for more than 30 years, Karla’s Restaurant still hasn’t missed a beat. Brainchild of New Hope entrepreneur, Louis Zanias, Karla’s has been offering their Local’s Night- every Monday, fifty two weeks a year, for 25 years. “It’s definitely one of our most popular nights- where as most restaurants close Mondays, we are always bustling” boasts longtime manager Cynthia Meyers about the concept she helped conceive.
