Couch to Mat in 6 Weeks

You've always wanted to try yoga—you know how good it will be for you—but don't even know your down dog from your up dog. You worry that you can't touch your toes and don't even know what clothes to wear or props to bring to class.
We've got you covered!
In this special six-week series, you will learn all the absolute basics of yoga, from the special way to breathe to the most effective methods to relieve muscle tension. This class will break down the physical postures for you, teach you how to support yourself safely and provide tips for working with any physical obstacles, like inflexibility or back pain. You will leave this workshop with a working knowledge of yoga and a comfort level that will allow you to step into your next yoga class with ease and confidence.
