The Bikery (508 S 5th Street) is excited to present the artwork of their current artist in residence, Becky Sellinger, a sculptor working in video and performance. Her work often deals with femininity, sexuality, and social norms. In her current exhibition at Neighborhood Bike Works, Becky will be presenting a body of work entitled "self portrait in perpendicular." Because of the nature of performance art this is a one night only exhibition.

PHANTOM HAND (604 South Street) presents Out to Dry 3. The third installment of this popular series, Out to Dry 3 is an exhibition of sketch-book pages, prints, and past work. This show will serve as an introduction to some of the artist that will be showing work at PHANTOM HAND's three following themed exhibitions. This show is cash and carry, and affordably priced, so if you need last minute Christmas gifts for friends or family, why not give art?

Mighty Writers (641 South Street) will feature the event Donate for Donuts. This holiday season support the MIGHTYVISION gallery and writing programs for Philly kids by bringing your gently used books, comic books, graphic novels, action figures or comic art to the gallery. Everyone who donates will get a free donut from Federal Donuts! Writing, photography, and comic art from Mighty Writer's Fall 2011 youth programs will be on display.

Community Cultural Exchange (706 South Street) presents a Holiday Craft Bazaar starting on Fourth Friday. This two-day event will showcase a variety of talented artisans and crafters from Philadelphia’s vibrant artist community to benefit the CCE and its Arts on South location. This event will offer free holiday gift-making! As always, the event is free and for all ages.
