Are you interested in greening your life and giving back to your community? Worm composting is an easy way to do it. Come to the Schuylkill Center for a special opportunity to both learn and give back.

Participants will have fun building a worm bin while learning about the process of decomposition, worm anatomy and biology, and how to care for their worms. Soon your worms will have made nutrient-rich compost, and participants will have the unique opportunity to donate their finished compost to the Schuylkill Center for use in growing seedlings for the Center's education farm.

If you have one room to call your own, you have enough space for a vermicompost bin. Do your part to reduce the amount of waste going to our landfills and help the Schuylkill Center to enrich its soil. Sign up today! Pre-registration is required and spaces are limited.
