CLASSES & WORKSHOPS

How do You Know a Painting is Finished?
January 18-February 1, 2012
All artists grapple with the question of knowing when a work of art has reached a point of resolution. Some contend that a painting is never finished while others feel that each piece can be completed. This workshop invites students to work in class, bring work for feedback and hold group discussion about issues relating to composition, color, and the overall content of the work. The environment of this workshop will be supportive and open to helping you move your work towards resolution.
