    he “Battle of the Bowls” features over 40 one-of-a-kind vessels created by established and emerging artists, sold to the highest bidder in both live and silent auctions to benefit the Philadelphia Art Alliance exhibitions and programs. The event is attended by arts and culture lovers throughout the region, and is a major event on the winter social calendar.

    The Philadelphia Art Alliance (PAA) is pleased to announce its annual winter fundraiser and auction, “Battle of the Bowls.” Now in its third year, “Battle of the Bowls” is an artistic showcase where selected artists create unique works of art in the form of a simple vessel, the bowl. Each piece is sold to the highest bidder in both live and silent auctions. Proceeds from this event benefit PAA exhibitions and programs. In addition to being a lively social function, the auction is an opportunity to purchase one-of-a-kind, memorable holiday gifts.

        Tickets:

        Admission to the “Battle of the Bowls” is $75 for the auction and cocktail reception; $150 for the auction, reception, and dinner at the PAA restaurant (located on the first floor of the Art Alliance); or $200 for the VIP champagne preview, auction and dinner.
