Brunch with Andy Kahn – Music by Intention
December 18, 2011
Andy Kahn is committed to preserving “The Great American Songbook.” The pianist’s “Music by Intention” concerts herald his decades of researching the standard songs which evolved into Swing and Jazz, America’s enduring contribution to the arts. Andy guides his audiences on a musical romp through the historic Golden Age of American music. Songwriters Cole Porter, George Gershwin, Irving Berlin, Jerome Kern, Richard Rodgers & Lorenz Hart, Harry Warren, Johnny Mercer, and many others from that unique musical era, provide the inspiration for Andy’s live stage performances. Brunch will be available (not included in ticket price).
