    Put ON mittens and hats and come to see how maple syrup is made. Begin indoors with some background about trees and how sap rises in the spring, and then head out to learn about tapping trees and collecting sap. Watch how sap is boiled down over a fire and enjoy a taste of the yummy finished product.
