CLASSES & WORKSHOPS

Learn Your Wine Style
January 20, 2012
The wine world's population includes enough different style tribes to keep any anthropologist happy. And although each person's palate is unique, there are some common denominators when comparing and contrasting wine. In this class, you will narrow down preferences to old world versus new world, the oxidative or the purist crowd, and whether oak, at least for you, is an oasis or an anathema. Finding your people—at least in the wine world—will become infinitely easier after tonight.
