In this class, the Wine School serves up a full panoply of dazzling reds and whites from premier regions like Rioja, to the less-familiar—but no less stellar—such as Priorate and Rias Baixas. The instructors are Spanish wine enthusiasts, bar none. Come to class and join the congregation of the converted.
