Family Arts Academy: Fantasy Island
November 6, 2011
What would you need if you were a castaway on a deserted island? Construct your own 3-dimensional island sculpture using wood, pulp, paint, clay and found objects. Design and build a living space from materials you would find in that landscape. Would your deserted fantasy island have tree houses, volcanoes, and palm trees or igloos, dog sleds and penguins? Bring your imagination! Don’t leave home without it.
