    You’re invited to the 5th annual Halloween Festival at Fairmount Art Center! Come in costume and join your neighbors for merry music and art making to celebrate Halloween! For the 5th year in a row, Fairmount Art Center will host a sidewalk bash with tons of free, festive art making for all! Create instruments for the start of the parade which leaves FAC at 5pm and bang, shake and thump your way through Fairmount on the expanded parade route ending at the Eastern State Penn lawn, where festivities will include a movie screening and goodies of all kinds! Get hauntingly Creative!
