Set in beautiful Montmarte in 1942, the film begins with yellow-starred children playing in the streets outside their tenements, oblivious to the imminent darkness that threatens the fate of their families in Nazi-occupied France. Based on extensive research and testimonies, writer/director Rose Bosch takes us through the last days of Paris’s Jews through the eyes of its innocents. With luminous performances by Jean Reno (The Da Vinci Code, Leon: The Professional) and Mélanie Laurent (Inglorious Basterds, The Concert), The Round-up was a box-office hit in France and an Audience Award winner at festivals around the world.

In French, German, and Yiddish with English subtitles.
