Inspired by the raw and intimate power of spoken word poetry, Michelle Myers takes audience members on an unforgettable journey with The SHE Project, directed by writer/cinematographer Gary San Angel. Employing multiple poetic forms and delivery styles—including storytelling, hip-hop-influenced rhyme, and song—Myers celebrates the female "I" as invincible and uncompromising in the face of countless struggles. Hmong folk artist/poet Kao Kue, dancer Minh Nguyen, and hip-hop artist Native Son join Myers for an empowering exploration of woman’s infinite possibilities.

Myers will donate a portion of ticket sales from The SHE Project to Odanadi, an anti-trafficking organization, and the Write the World project, an artistic outreach initiative co-founded by Myers that seeks to connect children around the world to one another through the arts and letter-writing.
