Indulge yourself with a morning of jewelry! For thousands of years, jewelry has been used to express everything from status, to personal style, to readiness for marriage. In this, the first of a three-part lecture series Beauty Through the Ages presented by the Penn Museum’s Women’s Committee to benefit the Penn Museum, Dr. Jane Hickman speaks about the jewelry and decorative metalwork of the ancient world from the Royal Tombs of Ur (a site in modern-day Iraq).

Price includes lecture and luncheon, free verbal jewelry appraisals, jewelry shopping, a raffle auction, and complimentary valet parking at the Trescher entrance.
