    Join Spiral Q for the 12th Annual Peoplehood Parade and Festival, celebrating our communities’ creativity, joy, can-do attitudes, and the courage to act on their convictions. Come to Paul Robeson House (50th & Walnut) by Noon to be in the parade. Parade starts at 1 pm. Festival starts around 2 pm in Clark Park (43rd & Chester).
