    Franklin Square’s first fall fundraiser for families! Activities include: paint your own pumpkin, face-painting, cupcake-decorating, costume parade hosted by Kathy O’Connell from WXPN’s Kids Corner, spooky carnival games, yummy treats by Starr catering, meet and greet with characters, balloon artist, Lightning Bolt Express train, unlimited carousel rides on the Philadelphia Park Liberty Carousel, Spooky Mini Golf, and raffles and prizes! Sponsored by Blank Rome.
