Ayurveda is an ancient Vedic system that has been used to promote and maintain health for over 5,000 years. The ayurvedic approach focuses on balancing the body, mind, and environment to prevent and treat physical, emotional, and mental imbalances.

This workshop is appropriate for anyone interested in moving beyond the basics to explore a more complex understanding of balance and imbalance according to ayurveda. In this workshop, you will delve deeper into the philosophy of how wellness is created in the body and mind, how the seeds of disease are planted, and how to recognize these factors within yourself.
