Veteran actor John Lithgow has starred on stage, film, and television, achieving stunning success with his various ventures, including multiple Emmy Awards, Golden Globes, and Tony Awards, two Academy Award nominations, induction into the Theatre Hall of Fame, and a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. A graduate of Harvard University and the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, he is also the author of eight New York Times bestselling children’s picture books. Drama, his first book for adults, pulls back the curtain to reveal vivid backstage stories of his childhood, early struggles, and ultimate acting successes, while paying tribute to his father, who made performance and storytelling a cherished part of family life.

In conversation with writer and reviewer Sam Adams.
