KIDS
Home School Class - Apples: from Flower to Fruit to You!
October 18, 2011
It's apple picking time! Fall harvests bring the fun of picking apples and drinking apple cider, but did you ever really stop to think about how a fruit is formed? Learn about this important step in the life cycle of plants and participate in a hike to look for fruits and seeds on the Schuylkill Center property.
The Schuylkill Center for Environmental Education offers a series of outdoor education programs for homeschool students ages 6-9. Programs are held on Tuesday of each week.
