Join Everest summiteer Paul Deegan and polar explorer Felicity Aston for a cinematic journey from the heroic age of exploration to the present day. Come along for a few hours or stay the whole day to experience drama, excitement, and tears of joy and distress. Take part in discussions with Paul and Felicity, and continue the adventure into the evening at our exclusive ‘Dine with an Everest climber’ event at Majolica to raise money for a great cause. Visit www.PhoenixvilleAdventure.com for all the details.

From Everest to Antarctica is the first in what we hope will become an annual event we’re calling the Phoenixville Adventure Film Festival. Join us on Oct 1, give us your feedback, and help us shape this into an event you’ll want to come back to year after year.

Although the event is aimed at adults, it is also suitable for college and high school students. Younger children will enjoy the event, Can You Climb Everest?, that is taking place one week later on Sat, Oct 8 at 2PM as part of our Young Audiences Series. Adapted from Paul Deegan’s National Academy for Gifted & Talented Youth workshop at the Royal Geographical Society in London, this event is ideal for children aged between 8 and 12.
