Contralto Meredith Arwady is a fast-rising star, "remarkably rich of voice" (Chicago Sun Times), and a favorite of Metropolitan Opera audiences since her debut in 2008. She has sung major roles at the San Francisco Opera, the Lyric Opera of Chicago, the Houston Grand Opera, Oper Frankfurt and English National Opera, and appeared in concert with the Boston, Seattle, National and Houston symphony orchestras. Ms. Arwady collaborates with Mikael Eliasen, artistic director of the Curtis Opera Theatre.
