The Third Annual 2nd Street Festival will be held on North 2nd Street between Germantown and Fairmount here in Northern Liberties. The street will be closed off and filled with beer gardens, workshops, art, food and other merchandise vendors. This year's festival will feature four music and event stages, all programmed by the Philadelphia Folksong Society.
