Featuring: Pat Martino, Carlos Rubio, Charles Ellerbee, Gerald “Twig” Smith, Tom Giacabetti and Matt Davis. Philadelphia has a wealth of guitar talent from diverse musical traditions, this summit gives students, musicians and lovers of guitar music an opportunity to learn from world-class guitar masters. The Philadelphia Guitar Summit features guitarists from Philadelphia and Beyond in a series of workshops culminating in an amazing concert. The summit features a variety of genre including jazz guitar, flamenco, blues, roots and "free” music, and includes African string instruments, electronic applications, advice on purchase, tuning and guitar maintenance.
