    Intermediate students (green with white stripe belts and solid green belts) will focus on more advanced basics, Kata, sparring, and self-defense while receiving an introduction to the history and philosophy of martial arts. Advanced students (all green with brown stripe belts, all brown belt levels) will cover advanced Kata, sparring, self-defense, philosophy and history while receiving an introduction to traditional karate weapons (bo - a 6-foot staff). All levels of adults welcome. Affiliate of the Traditional Okinawa Karate Institute. Ages 7 and up.
