Dan Orlando is a budding singer, songwriter, and professional musician from suburban Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an artist, he has recorded or been a part of seven original albums in the progressive rock, pop-rock, R&B soul and jazz instrumental genres. In August of 2007, he independently recorded, produced (along with Earl Matthews), and released his first solo album, Stepping Stones, which was later featured on 93.7 WSTW's Hometown Heroes. This and other solo projects are a collage of pop-rock explorations and alternative ballads that reflect personal experiences, social landscapes and a natural instinct for "the moment". He currently studies jazz piano at the University of Cincinnati's College Conservatory of Music in Cincinnati, Ohio. His performance experience ranges from musical theater, jazz ensembles and classical recitals to coffeehouses, bars, vineyards and private function throughout the Delaware Valley and Cincinnati Area.
