    In the winter of 1985, seven young musicians joined together to jam and play a gig in Philadelphia. 26 years later the Duke of Destiny are still on the scene, laying down some red-hot blues and solid old school soul. The Dukes play with a tightness, spontaneity and energy that makes folks just get up dance and party along. With their unique arrangements of standards, their striking originals, and their vocal and instrumental chopes The Dukes continue to reign as the Philly area's, best loved and longest lived blues band.
