    Utpal Sandesara discusses current events and themes based on his debut book, No One Had a Tongue to Speak. The multifaceted story of the Machhu Dam disaster that occurred in the Indian state of Gujarat in 1979. Sandesara, the son or a Machhu flood survivor, uses first-hand accounts and archival research to recount the disaster.
