The Man Stanley
June 16-July 3, 2011
The Man Stanley. A new comedy about religion, redemption and relief. Written by Ken Kaissar. Directed by Evan T. Cummings. Starring: John C. Nagy III, Lizzie Spellman, Lynnia Shanley, Pat DeFusco, Jerry Perna and Aram Alan Aghazarian. When Seth, an aimless, but generous young man, is accused by Marissa of being the Man Stanley, he dismisses her and assumes she's a lunatic. Until everyone he meets kneels at his feet and hangs on to his every word, joyous that the Man Stanley has finally come to redeem them. The problem becomes a little hard to ignore. The Man Stanley is a hilarious comedy about the function of faith in contemporary society. You won't believe how hard you'll laugh!
