    The Ride of Silence is an annual national bike ride honoring bicyclists killed or injured by motor vehicles, and raising awareness about the rights of cyclists to share the road. The 6th annual Philadelphia Ride of Silence will follow an 8-mile route through Philadelphia beginning and ending at the steps of the PMA. The ride is rain or shine and is expected to take 60-90 minutes. Helmets required, lights encouraged. The Ride of Silence is part of Bike Month.
