Pennsylvania Innocence Project's 2nd Anniversary Celebration
May 24, 2011
On July 14, 2010, Kenneth Granger was released from the custody of the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections after serving 30 years in prison for a murder he did not commit. Meet Mr. Granger and hear his story first-hand at the Pennsylvania Innocence Project's exciting second anniversary reception this May 19th at Eastern State Penitentiary, once home to such notorious offenders as Al Capone and escape artist "Slick Willie" Sutton. Enjoy drinks and a light dinner from Jack's Firehouse, private tours of the infamous cell blocks and the newly renovated Jewish synagogue, an inmate art show, silent auction and a customized scavenger hunt--the Innocence Puzzle.
