    Writer Caitlin Kelly shares stories and observations based on her memoir, Malled: My Unintentional Career in Retail. Kelly documents her mid-career plight working part-tie at an upscale clothing company and describes how the experience helped her to gain a deeper understanding of the world of retail. Kelly was a reporter and feature writer for the New York Daily News. Her work has been featured in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Glamour and Sports Illustrated.
