The Clay Studio, Philadelphia's premier non-profit ceramic arts organization, is pleased to present the work of Resident Artist Bryan Czibesz in PROTOTYPE, on view from April 15 - May 22, 2011.

With PROTOTYPE, Czibesz uses the six simple machines of man - the lever, inclined plane, wheel and axle, pulley, wedge, and screw - stating, "What we build is the manifestation of our desire to extend the general limitations of what we are physiologically, and has changed little over time."
