Mother's Day Saturday Colonial Tea
May 7, 2011
Join us Mother’s Day Saturday for a Colonial Tea. Taste a variety of teas, or enjoy coffee and apple cider. Choose from a variety of sweets available for purchase to enjoy with your tea. Travel back in time at the Colonial Pennsylvania Plantation where an 18th century farm comes alive through living history demonstrations by authentically costumed workers performing colonial farm activities like hearth cooking, wool spinning, tending colonial farm animals and more. Tour the authentically restored farmhouse. Stroll around the 112 acre farm, outbuildings, kitchen garden and orchard. Bring a picnic lunch, there are tables just outside the entrance.
