The Philadelphia Art Alliance is pleased to announce the return of musicologist Fred Miller for his popular Lectures-in-Song Series! Each of Fred Miller's Lectures-In-Song is 60-75 minutes long and focuses on a great personality or significant aspect of American Popular Song's Golden Age. For this program, Fred will explore the life and music of George Gershwin, whose musical legacy transcends that of nearly any other musical figure in the twentieth century.
