Home grown and home made!  Campers enjoy healthy snacks every day, but will need to bring their own lunch. Campers at Snipes Farm Day Camp get into the rhythm of farm life. Every day begins with farm chores, tending the children's garden, harvesting and cooking. Nature walks, group games and playtime, as well as science, art and music activities are woven through the program. These experiences connect kids to life around them, and gives them an appreciation for the work and value of home grown food and home cooking. Camp Activities Can Include: Picking berries and making smoothies, Exploring the world of bugs, lizards, toads & worms, Creating nature-inspired art projects, Making music through singing and percussion, Taking a walk in the woods & cooling off in the creek, Having fun with theater games and puppetry, Making interesting scientific discoveries by conducting fun experiments, Learning circus skills!  Juggling, plate spinning and stilt walking, Baking muffins and cobblers and Surprise "Theme Day" events!
