At “The Black Cat Cabaret,” Karen Gross will combine the sophisticated flair of a Parisian cabaret with the dynamic entertainment backdrop of Philadelphia. Audiences will enjoy everything from jazzy standards and contemporary music to original songs and comedic monologues. Explains Karen, “People don’t have to leave Philly to see world-class entertainment. ‘The Black Cat Cabaret’ will bring the area’s top talent together and offer Philadelphia audiences a fabulous and fun night out. It will be a celebration of music and comedy with an intimate ‘supper club’ vibe – perfect for couples, friends and music lovers.”

The event is also intended to create a more vibrant and cohesive cabaret community in Philadelphia – and offer a great way for audiences to learn about other top performers in the area. Eddie Bruce – a renowned cabaret performer, bandleader and TV personality – shares her enthusiasm. “There is such a need for more cabaret opportunities in Philadelphia and I’m very glad Karen is becoming a leading force in this endeavor,” he says.
