Physics of the Art Museum
April 20, 2011
Many works within the collection of the Philadelphia Museum of Art, as well as design elements of the building itself, serve as excellent illustrations of physics. During this workshop, participants will explore art through the eyes of a physicist. Elements of both classical (mechanical) and modern (quantum) physics will be explored.
