Cartoon Limbo, Opening Night Reception

The public is invited to an Opening Night Reception. "Cartoon Limbo" is an exhibit featuring rejected cartoon and comic art Exhibit from March 26 through April 8). The exhibit includes cartoons, comic art, illustrations, rejection notes, anecdotes, and various other printed matter from the private files of Charles Schulz, Dr. Seuss, Stan Goldberg (“Archie”), Mort Walker (“Beetle Bailey”), Al Jaffee (“Mad” magazine), Bunny Hoest (“The Lockhorns”), James Thurber, Dr. Seuss, and around 20 others. Events during the exhibit include celebrity guest speakers, film nights, an auction, a costume ball, free prizes, and a cartoon contest with entries from local elementary schools.
