    An independent nation for almost 50 years, Jamaica is still struggling to define itself---and to care for a population of almost 3,000,000 people. Past experiments with socialism and pro-business governance did not produce the desired results. Now, Honorary Counsel Dr. Alston Meade offers his insights about what comes next.
