In this raucous and bawdy comedy, the biblical character Lot tries haplessly to resist the temptations of the infamous city of Sodom. As God’s wrath draws closer, Lot, his family, the leaders of Sodom, and even the avenging angels are seduced by the delights of gambling, sex and corruption. This is Sodom delightfully continues the tradition of wacky and subversive Israeli comedy, with a large serving of Monty Python-esque humor.
