    In celebration of Roberto Capucci: Art into Fashion, the upcoming exhibition dedicated to the celebrated Italian couturier and artist, which runs from March 16 to June 5, Granite Hill will create a special Capucci Prix Fixe Menu paying homage to the designer known for his innovative silhouettes and masterful use of colors and materials. Highlights of this three-course menu, available from March 18 to June 3, include bibb and baby arugula salad and roast roma tomato and fennel soup, prosciutto di Parma and eggplant caponata cannelloni, and chocolate chianti sorbeto.
