Green Art: Handmade Plantable Paper Family Workshop
April 23-March 7, 2011
Celebrate Earth Day! Learn the history and art of the 2000 year-old craft of making paper as you create colorful plantable papers that are embedded with wild flowers. Using authentic handmade laid wire molds we will from sheets of linen and cotton rag paper, then decorate them using a variety of natural materials, pigments and metallic glitters. Open to ages 8 up with guardian.
