    Children and adults will fly 25 feet above Broad Street with “Fly City” –outdoor flying trapeze lessons–presented by Philadelphia School of Circus Arts (PSCA) and Fly School Circus Arts (FSCA) during the Philadelphia International Festival of the Arts (PIFA). “Fly City” helps open the month-long festival by taking flight. The outdoor rigging will be set up in the University of the Arts lot.
