Pulcinella/Crystallina
April 29-April 30, 2011
The Temple University Symphony Orchestra and students from the Department of Dance and Tyler School of Art join forces to present two interdisciplinary pieces. The first will be Stravinsky's Pulcinella with newly developed visual music accompaniment by Maurice Wright. The second will be a new piece titled Crystallina, based on Russell Conwell's diamonds-in-your-backyard story. The piece is composed by Richard Brodhead with scenario by Joellen Meglin and choreography by Jillian Harris and Kun-Yang Lin.
This event is part of the 2011 Philadelphia International Festival Of The Arts (PIFA).
