    Each May, the people of Philadelphia converge on Walnut Street from Broad to 19th streets for food, entertainment, shopping and fun at the annual Rittenhouse Row Spring Festival.  Walnut Street is closed to automotive traffic for this free, public event which showcases Rittenhouse Row with an all day celebration of fashion, food and family fun!
