    An in-depth class on Tequila that goes way beyond your bad night in college! This class will focus on small production tequilla and classical styles of production. Of course, a few cocktails, too. The Sauced Education series of classes is taught by bestselling spirits author (and Washington Post columnist) Jason Wilson. Anthony Bourdain (author of Medium Raw and Kitchen Confidential) calls Jason “superbly informative, entertaining, and yet deeply subversive.”
